Lifetime exchange

Lifetime Exchange: The value of the exchanged product after deductions towards making charges and discounts will be credited to your account.

Exchange with a product same or more weight, no cash will be exchanged.
Buy Back policy

• A Buyback will be applicable after the 7 day period. In case of a buyback the rates for the day will be applicable and the money refunded will be the billing amount less the labour charges and the tax amount.
Diamond buy-back

If you choose to return the product for buyback, the buy-back value will be paid to you via online bank transfer within 10 days of receipt of the product. Jewellery returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other than BlueStone shall not be accepted for return. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the Exchange and Buy-Back amount of the product. • Once the product is returned under our 30 Day Money Back policy (not applicable on coins) the refund will be credited to your Blue Cash account. You may choose to either make another purchase using the same or get the amount refunded to your bank account. o For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account. o For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking).

Upon cancellation/ return of orders placed using gift cards, the gift card amount will be refunded back to the gift card.
Cancellation policy

If your order has already been shipped then we will be unable to cancel or update it. Please note that orders for personalized and engraveable pieces cannot be updated / cancelled post manufacturing.
